SouthPointe Apartments - Lawrence, KS

If you have not visited SouthPointe Aparments and Park Villas in a while, it's time to take another look! We are going through numerous changes under our new management. The exterior of our apartments have been completely painted with a new color scheme. We have also remodeled nearly half of the apartments. Remodeling includes new raised panel oak cabinets and high definition countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms. Come take a look!

All of our floorplans now offer an all utilities paid package. We are also offering a rent by the bedroom plan in our Villas. No matter what floorplan you choose, you will find a lot of space for your money, with square footages measuring from 645-1400 square feet.
